Most people have mental health
concerns from time to time
● Struggling at work?
● Repeating bad habits?
● Not living a fulfilling life?
● Thinking negative thoughts?
● Fighting with family and friends?
● Dating or marrying the wrong partner?
If you do, know you’re not alone. One in five adults in the U.S. struggle with their mental health. Sixty-one million people seek therapy, and studies reveal that 75% of people who attend therapy, significantly improve their emotional and psychological well-being.
It’s normal to experience mental health issues as you navigate life’s challenges. Yet some people still hesitate to seek mental health support to cope as they view asking for help as a sign of weakness. The opposite is true. It takes courage to admit you need help and reach out.
A New Pair of Eyeglasses
I Can See Clearly Now
Perhaps you can’t get out of bed in the morning or are anxious about the future. It’s difficult navigating relationships, career challenges or you’re stressed out about a major life transition.
These problems can lead to poor physical health, relationship complications, economic losses, and substance abuse.
Using a structured framework, I’ll help you cope with life’s daily struggles, trauma, depression, anxiety, narcissistic personality disorder (NPD,) work-related concerns and loss. You’ll improve your interpersonal communication, learn to resolve conflict, cultivate healthy relationships, quiet negative self-talk, become more productive at work and alter detrimental behaviors.
Emotional Neglect.
Invalidation. Manipulation.
The Search for Unconditional Love
Plagued by self-doubt, you second-guess yourself, and because you were taught not to rely solely on your own judgement, you seek outside approval of others. Adult children of parents with NPD are conditioned to downplay, dismiss, and ignore their experiences and feelings. The result of which is depression, anxiety, or PTSD, all exacerbated by growing up with a narcissistic parent.
I help you disentangle yourself from the distorted self-image imposed by your parents and rediscover your authentic self. You’ll learn to challenge negative self-beliefs and build a more positive and realistic self-image.
